Out of the box, Templates support all default field types available in Jira Core, Software, and Service Desk, with only exception - . Now including support for the Attachments field .🎉

  1. Open Create Issue dialog, by pressing the Create button at the navigation menu.

  • Owner - only the owner of the Template will be able to apply the Template.

  • Scope - any users that have access to projects selected in the Scope field will be able to apply the Template.

  • Service Desk - any users that have access to projects selected in the Scope field will be able to apply the Template, on the Customer Portal.

Scope - select a Scope which restricts the Template visibility. The Template will be available only in projects and issue types specified in the Scope for each user that has access to projects that were listed in Scope and has one of the groups that were defined in the scope.
