The Cloud version of Marketplace Connector plugin stores only add-on settings data in your Cloud Instance database. Which isn't shared across different Atlassian sites.

There is nothing to remove since we do not store plugin data. You can delete your integration settings on the Marketplace Connector configurations under Confluence Space Appsown data after it is created.
