Out of the box, Templates support all default field types available in Jira Core, Software, and Service Desk. Now including support for the Attachments field 🎉

  1. Open the Create Issue dialog, by pressing the Create button in the navigation menu.

2. Pick a necessary Project and Issue Type Inside the Create Issue dialog and then fill in the fields you'd like to save as a Template.

  • The Template creation is available from the Node dialog while creating or editing the hierarchy after clicking the Save Template button.

You can also create the Default Template.
