Data storage and location
Server The server version of Smart Issue Templates for Jira plugin stores only add-on settings in your Jira database. It does not store any sensitive information.
Also, the plugin does not store any data in browsers' cache. Once your close or leave a page with the plugin, the browser looses loses all data.
Backups
Addon settings are backed-up along with Jira database.

There is nothing to remove since the plugin does not store any sensible sensitive information. You just uninstall the plugin.
