Once the Scope is no longer associated with any Template, it can be removed from the Manage Scopes page. You can read more about the scope deleting
Click the trash bin icon in the New Scope row on the Manage Scopes page. Confirm the New Scope deleting with the Delete button on the Delete Scope dialog.
