Welcome to the "Personal Account" section of our application. This guide will walk you through each feature on this page, helping you manage your profile and account settings with ease.
Click the “Edit profile“ button to open the editing page.
Profile Photo: Click on your current profile photo to browse your files and upload a new photo.
Name: Click the “Full Name” text field to edit.
Role: To set your role, click the “Role Description” text field and enter your role.
Phone: Update your phone number by clicking the “Phone number” text field, entering the new number
Click the “Apply“ button to save the changes or “Cancel“ button to cancel changes and back to the settings page.
Viewing Token Statistics:
On the “Personal Account“ page under the profile information section, you will find a section labeled “Credit Usage”
Here, you can view your current token balance.
Understanding Token Consumption:
The statistics is displayed as progress bars where you can see how many tokens you have used for various activities like sending messages, creating knowledge bases with Crawler and Files.
Token balance progress bar displays the amount of already used tokens and current limit of tokens
This helps you monitor and manage your token usage effectively.
Account Deletion:
At the bottom of the “Personal Account” page, you will find the “Delete profile” button.
Click this button if you wish to permanently delete your account.
Confirmation:
After clicking “Delete profile”, a confirmation dialog will appear.
You will need to confirm that you understand this action is irreversible and that all your data will be permanently removed.
