In the side navigation tab user is able to create the New Chat and switch between the lists of All chats and Bookmarked chats.
Create the New chat
Click the “+New Chat” button to create a new chat. After that, new chat will appear in the list of All chats.
To switch between the lists of chats click the “Bookmarked“ or “All chats“ button. In the “Bookmarked“ tab will be all chats user bookmarked earlier.
User can easily navigate through chats by clicking the name of the chat in the chat list.
