Templates Export and Import between the Data Center/Server instances

The following functionality is available from the 3.0 Smart Issue Templates version.

The Export/Import feature helps to move the Templates from one Jira instance to another.

It is available on the Manage Templates page and framed in red in the screenshot above.

The Export/Import function is available for the members of the jira-administrators group.

Scopes of the Smart Issue Templates are not supported by the Export/Import feature currently. You have to create the needed Scopes before the Templates Importing.
