  • Restrict Template for user group

Restrict Template for user group

We extended The Scope functionality by Group picker. It allows restricting what group of the user will able to use the Template in this Scope.

Fixes

  • Fixed problem with Permissions when Group was set for Permission but users in the group didn’t get this permission.

  • Fixed problem with Hierarchies when Issue Types list was empty for Sub-task nodes.

  • Fixed problem with Hierarchies when the user that was set in the node of hierarchy was deleted.

  • Fixed problem with Hierarchies when Sub-task node didn't save of Service Desk custom fields.

  • Fixed problem with Scopes when “Edit Scope Dialog” shows the same Scope each time.
