Create Checklist

Create a Checklist from the ‘Manage Checklists’ page

To create a Checklist from the ‘Manage Checklists’ page:

  1. Open the ‘Manage Checklists’ page

  2. Click the ‘Create Checklist’ button

  1. Click the ‘Name’ field to name the Checklist

  2. Add Checklist points with the ‘Add Step’ button

With the additional menu, the sub-steps can be added so there will be multi-level Checklists.

 

 

  1. Once the Checklist is ready click the ‘Save’ button to save it

All created checklists will be shown on the ‘Manage Checklists' page

 

 


‘Generate Checklist item with AI’

Also for a quick generating Checklist, we propose to use ‘Generate Checklist item with AI’

To ‘Generate Checklist item with AI’:

  1. Open the ‘Manage Checklists’ page

  2. Click the ‘Create Checklist’ button

  1. Click the ‘Name’ field to name the Checklist

  2. Click the ‘Generate Checklist item with AI’ button

  1. Enter you prompt

  2. Click the ‘Generate' button

Now the Checklist steps were generated with AI.
