How to Use it?
Go to Smart Time-off and select the 'Holiday Template' tab under settings.
Create a new template or use a pre-existing one to suit your team’s needs.
Add holidays, set dates, and assign participants or groups effortlessly.
Hit 'Save' to keep your templates and 'Save' again to finalize your Holiday Templates.

Notifications about Holiday Template for Slack and E-mail
We're thrilled to announce new notification features for the Holiday Template in Smart Time-off, including Slack integration and email notifications, to keep everyone in the loop about important dates.
Slack Integration: Stay Informed Within Your Workflow
Set Up with Ease: Integrate Smart Time-off notifications with Slack by creating your app, enabling Incoming Webhooks, and setting up a webhook URL through the Manage Apps section in Smart Time-off.
Custom Notification Control: Once integrated, select the types of notifications you want to receive in Slack - be it requests holiday notifications or both.
Flexibility: You have the freedom to edit or delete the bot at any time, ensuring your Slack channels only get the notifications you find helpful.
Email Integration: Never Miss a Holiday
Automated Reminders: Enable Holiday notifications in the Integration settings to have reminders sent out to selected users when a holiday is approaching.
Easy Configuration: Add users to the notification list with a simple checkbox, and rest assured they’ll be notified via email about upcoming holidays.
Ability to configure what notifications will be received with Slack integration
We're pleased to introduce an enhancement to our Smart Time-off feature: customizable Slack notifications! With this improvement, you have more control over the notifications you receive about time-off requests and holidays.
What's Improved?
Selective Notifications: You can now configure which events trigger notifications in Slack. Choose to be informed about new requests, approvals, declines, or holiday reminders.
Streamlined Communication: Cut through the noise by receiving only the updates that matter to you and your team.
Increased Efficiency: This update is designed to streamline your workflow, allowing for a more focused and organized approach to time-off management.
Bugs Fixed:
The error 'Uncaught (in promise) Error: Resolver calls are rate limited at 20req/2s' is shown in the console on the 'My Time-off page'
The changed Global Vacation Days is not changed on the 'Manager dashboard' page after switching between pages on the new instance
The list with Holidays is not cleared in the ‘Create Template' on the Setting page after clicking the 'Close’ button
The Holiday Template with the same name can be created on the ‘Settings’ page
The wrong notification is shown on the ‘Create Template’ dialog for trying to create a Template with the same name
The value for the Total days off column is not shown on the Holiday Template tab
