Slack integration
Teams who use Slack can integrate Smart Time-off Notifications with the Slack Bot by the following steps:
Create your Slack App
Enable Incoming Webhooks
Create an Incoming Webhook
Copy the Webhook URL
Go to the Smart Time-off menu in the Manage Apps section
Select the Integration item in the left sidebar
Click the Add a Webhook button
Select the Webhook name and paste the Webhook URL
Enable the checkboxes for which type of notifications you want to receive the notifications into Slack: Requests notifications, Holiday notifications, or both.
Click the Add button to finish
Now the notifications will be shown in the Slack channel
The bot can be deleted or edited anytime:
