At this moment, Await.ai bot can remember the context of previous messages in the chat by the usage of the Reply option:

Regenerate Response

You can regenerate new response from bot if you want to get more variants of one reply. To access additional variations of a response from the bot, follow these steps:

  1. Send your message and receive a reply from the bot.

  2. In the ‘Message' block, locate the “Regenerate previous response” button.

  3. Simply click the button to generate a new and different response from the bot.

This feature enables you to explore alternative versions of the bot's reply, providing you with more options and flexibility in the conversation.

Feel free to experiment with different prompts and regenerate responses to find the most suitable and desired outcome.

Copy Reply

Click the ‘Copy’ icon at the top of the Reply bubble to copy text to the clipboard.

Edit chat name

Every new chat creates with the “New chat“ name by default.

Also the name of the chat changes automatically by the bot after sending the first message in the chat. The name will depend on the context of the sent message.

You can change the chat name any time for better navigating through the large list of chats. Simply click the “Edit name“ icon, enter new chat name in the appeared text field and save it.

Edited chat name will appear both in the chat panel and side navigation tab.

Search in the chat

To use the search feature, find the “type to search“ text field:

You can enter the word, number or character you're looking for. This could be a single word, a part of the word, or even a full phrase. As you type, the chat panel will begin to filter messages that contain your search query. These messages will be highlighted to make them easily identifiable:

To view a message in the context of the chat history, simply click on it in the search results. This will redirect you to the location of the message within the chat. From there, you can read the surrounding messages to get a better understanding of the context.
