Bug Fixes:
The notifications about to show the hierarchy errors or problems on the Manage Hierarchies page related to the hierarchy or to the hierarchy’s node were added to the hierarchies
The ‘Apply' button is active on the 'Node’ dialog if the 'Unassigned' item was selected in the 'Assignee' field The error message is not shown on the 'Search' page after clicking the 'Apply' button below the hierarchy name on the 'Manage Hierasrchies' page
The Scheduler works properly if the ‘USER’ variable type is used in the 'Reporter' field on the 'Node' dialog of Hierarchy
