Bug Fixes:
The notifications about the errors were added to the hierarchies
The ‘Apply' button is active on the 'Node’ dialog if the 'Unassigned' item was selected in the 'Assignee' field
The error message is not shown on the 'Search' page after clicking the 'Apply' button below the hierarchy name on the 'Manage Hierasrchies' page
The Scheduler works properly if the ‘USER’ variable type is used in the 'Reporter' field on the 'Node' dialog of Hierarchy
