It is possible to open and View Hierarchy on a separate page. In order to do it, just go to the Manage Hierarchies page with the Detailed view and click on the View button.
If you prefer the List view for the Manage Hierarchies page, you have to click the Hierarchy name to open the View Hierarchy page. It will be opened in the new tab.
