You can also open the Checklists from the Templates menu and navigate with the Checklists tab.
This functionality is available for the 2.0 Smart Issue Templates for Jira version and above.
To have an access to the Checklists functionality the user has to be granted the ‘Manage Checklists’ permission on the ‘Smart Issue Templates Permissions' page
In case the customer doesn’t have the ‘Manage Checklists’ permission he will see the following notification:
Checklists are the smart way not to miss anything to do. After the hierarchy applying it is placed on the issue view page with the ability to check and uncheck the specific options.
Checklists don’t support the variables at the moment.
