Added the Hierarchy Scheduler feature.

Bugs fixed:

  • Fixed search by existent component name in the ‘Components’ field on the ‘Node' dialog

  • Fixed the notification flag glitch

  • Fixed the search in the ‘Projects’ selectors in the ‘Create Hierarchy’ and ‘Create Scope’ dialogs - all available Jira projects can be selected.
