Advanced safeguards are agent-wide safeguards you can toggle on and off to customize your chatbot's outputs. There are three options for advanced safeguards in Await Cortex:

External Sources - Toggle to enable or disable references to outside domains other than the allowed domain
Code Snippets - Toggle to enable or disable the bots ability to generate code snippets
Confidence - The higher the minimum confidence score, the more certain the bot has to be it’s answers and responses are correct based on it’s provided context
Geolocation - Restrict usage of Await Cortex to certain countries
Only Cached Answers - Only serve users approved cached answers

Go to the agent's tab and click on an agent you have created

Once inside your agent panel you will have 4 tabs to choose from - Configuration, Chat Interface, Analytics, Cached Answers, and Safeguards. Click Configuration and scroll down.

The geolocation safeguard allows admins to restrict where users of Await Cortex interact from based on their country

Go to the agent's tab and click on an agent you have created

Once inside your agent panel click Safeguards

Click the Geolocation safeguard to expand it

Click the country dropdown
Image Added
Choose the country(ies) you want to allow

Choose the message you want to serve users not in your allowed countries, click save, and be sure to toggle the safeguard on.
