The ability to edit templates depends on your permissions.

We have two ways of editing a Template.

  1. Editing a Template from the Create / Edit Issue dialog - allows you to edit a Template in a quick way, from Create Issue Dialog, Create Sub-task Dialog, and Edit Issue Dialog.

2. Editing a Template from the Manage Templates page - allows you to edit a Template, from the Manage Template page, that helps you view and change all the available Templates in a quick way.
