Be specific
Always specify the topic you’re referring to in the request (specific application, website, company etc)
Example: Instead of asking "Tell me about the latest version" you could ask, "What is the latest Jira Data Center version?"
Ambiguity
Ensure that your request is unambiguous or provide as much clarifications as possible to get most relevant response.
Example: Instead of asking "How to add a user" you could ask, "How to add a user to the team managed project as a site administrator?"
Short questions
Try to avoid very short requests consisting of 2-3 words.
Example: “what issue", “give permission“, “where profile“ etc.
Complex questions
If your question consists of multiple parts which are related to the same topic or your question will require a long reply with a lot of steps than it will be better to break down your questions into smaller parts to get more accurate response.
Example: Instead of asking "What are the new features of the new version of the Bitbucket and how to integrate it with Jira Cloud?" you could ask 2 separate questions "What are the new features of the new version of the Bitbucket?" and “How to integrate new version of the Bitbucket with Jira Cloud?“
One question at a time
Allow the bot to complete its previous response before asking the next question to ensure you get the most accurate information.
Bot can’t provide the answer
Await.ai bot may have specificities or limitations related to the wording. If you didn't get the answer the first time, try rephrasing your question/request or just swap the words in the sentence.
Example: If bot doesn’t know the answer for request "Cloud and data center comparison" you could rephrase it into "Jira Cloud compare with Jira data center “
