Data Security and Privacy Statement

Protecting your data and your privacy is a high priority and is very important to us. AppsDelivered adheres to a strict policy for ensuring the security and privacy of your data, in particular, your personally identifiable information (such as full name, address, e-mail address, and/or other identifiable information, collectively such personally identifiable information "Personal Data").

Overview

We provide downloadable products ("Server Add-ons") for Atlassian Server Products, which are installed on the client's IT-systems. Server Add-ons can be identified by the "Server" category in the corresponding Atlassian Marketplace listing.

Access to Customer Data

Only authorized Software Tank’s employees and subcontractors from our support and development teams have access to Customer Data. Such subcontractors are contractually bound to the same data security and privacy standards that apply to us.

Data storage and location

The server version of Smart Issue Templates for Jira plugin stores only add-on settings in your Jira database. It does not store any sensitive information.

Also, the plugin does not store any data in browsers' cache. Once your close or leave a page with the plugin, the browser loses all data.

Backups

Addon settings are backed-up along with Jira database.

Account removal and data retention

There is nothing to remove since the plugin does not store any sensitive information. You just uninstall the plugin.

Data portability

There is nothing to port since the Server version of Smart Issue Templates for Jira plugin does not store any valuable information in Jira database.

Security disclosure

If you find a security issue in the plugin, please report it through support desk.

In case of security breaches or vulnerabilities in the plugin, we will notify all users by email with actions to be taken.

Privacy

The data collected during the use of your add-on will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
