This manual provides instructions for establishing an integration between your organization's Atlassian Cloud instance and the Await Cortex platform. This integration enables the Await Cortex to access and extract data from your Jira projects and Confluence spaces, to transform it into structured knowledge bases. These knowledge bases will serve as the foundation for generating insightful responses to queries, tailored specifically to the content of your Jira projects and Confluence spaces.
Prerequisites
To establish the integration you will need an active Atlassian Cloud instance with Jira or/and Confluence.
Also you’ll need to generate an API token before establishing the integration. To generate it, navigate to the Manage Account → Security → Create and manage API tokens or just by opening this LINK
Click the “Create API token“ button → Enter desired name and click the “Create“ button → Copy the generated token and save it for further use
