Scopes

Scope is an easy way to restrict your Template's visibility to certain projects, issue types, and groups to be used for Templates.

Anyone with the “Create” Permission can create his own Scope which would be available to other users.

By default, there is a GLOBAL scope, which is used to make Templates available for all the projects and issue types combination.

After updating to the SITC version 20.6.0 just create a Template with an empty Scope field and the ‘GLOBAL’ scope will be created automatically.
