Delete Hierarchy

The Delete button is placed on the Manage Hierarchies page. It is active for users granted the Delete Hierarchy permission on the Smart Issue Templates Permissions page.

Delete Hierarchy:

  1. Open the Manage Hierarchies page

  2. Select the specific Hierarchy you’d like to delete in the list of hierarchies placed in the left sidebar

  3. Click the Delete button on the right side of the screen right below the hierarchy name

     

  4. Confirm your action to delete the Hierarchy with the Delete button on the Delete Hierarchy dialog.

The Hierarchy deleting cannot be undone after confirming the action on the Delete Hierarchy dialog
