Manage Hierarchies
The Manage Hierarchies page is used to manage and configure Hierarchies in a centralized way.
Beginning with the 2.8.1 Smart Issue Templates version the ‘Manage Hierarchies’ page was improved and the number of scrollbars was reduced from 4 to 1.
You can use filtering and sorting for the hierarchies on the Manage Hierarchies page.
Manage Hierarchies page is divided into two parts:
On the left side, there’s a list of all the available Hierarchies along with the sorting options at the top and pagination at the bottom
The hierarchies can be sorted by Name, Owner, Created date, Update Author, Updated date.
On the right side, there’s a detailed information regarding a selected Hierarchy: its name, description, tags, owners, action buttons and a set of issues to be created upon Hierarchy apply.
In case of some errors in the hierarchy, they will be shown with red in the right page side.
