Welcome to the Await Cortex application's billing system guide. This guide will help you navigate through the subscription, credit purchasing, and cancellation processes within the application.
Creating an Organization and Subscribing to a Plan
Create an Organization:
You will need to create an organization and purchase a subscription plan to access all paid features.
Click the "Create Organization" button on the “Organization“ page, enter your organization name and proceed further.
Choose a Subscription Plan:
Select a subscription plan that suits your needs.
Plans vary based on the number of members, agents, tokens and support services.
Payment Method:
Choose your preferred payment format: Credit Card, Cash App Pay or Bank Account (USA only).
Enter your payment credentials.
Finalize Payment:
Click the "Pay" button to complete the transaction.
Once payment is processed, your organization will be created and subscription becomes active.
Purchasing Additional Credits
Access Credit Purchase:
If you need more credits, click the "Get Extra Credits" button in your account settings.
Specify Credits and Payment:
Enter the number of additional credits you wish to purchase.
Proceed further and choose a payment format and enter your payment details.
Complete the Purchase:
Click the "Pay" button to finalize the transaction.
The purchased credits will be added to your organization balance.
Credits can be purchased manually through the platform and will be charged as a one-time fee upon purchase, separate from the monthly/annual plan fee.
If you haven’t use all your credits before the start of the next month, all your unused credits carry over to the following month.
Canceling Your Subscription
Initiate Cancellation:
If you decide to cancel your subscription, navigate to your organization settings and select "Cancel subscription."
You will need to confirm your action in the confirmation dialog.
Post-Cancellation:
After canceling the subscription, monthly payments will no longer be debited and credits will stop replenish.
If the subscription is canceled, all unused credits will remain in your account but will no longer be usable until you have resubscribed.
