Feature: Organization

Welcome to the "Organization" page of our application. This guide will assist you in managing your organization's settings, subscriptions, members, and more.

Creating the Organization

• If you don’t have an Organization yet, you can create a new one on the Organization tab of the “Settings“ page.

• Click the “Create the Organization“ button, enter your organization name, complete the payment process and experience all the Await Cortex features at it’s full potential.

After you successfully created your organization, you will see the Organization panel where you will be able to manage it.

Updating Organization Name

• Find the “Edit“ icon next to the organization name and click it.

• The “Edit“ dialog window will appear where you can change the organization name

Managing Organization Members

1. Viewing Members List:

   • Click the “Members” button under the organization name to open the list of organization members.

   • Here you can view all current members of your organization and members who haven’t activated their invitations yet (pending status).

   • If you’re an owner of the organization, you can remove any member or cancel the invitation by clicking the “bin“ icon against selected account.

2. Viewing Member Profile Information:

   • Click on a member's name to view its profile details and token usage statistics.

3. Inviting New Members:

   • Click the “@ Invite people” button to open the dialog window.

   • Enter the email address of the person you want to invite in the text field in the opened dialog window.

   • Click “Add members”. An email invitation will be sent to the specified address.

   • NOTE that the person will be able to accept and join the organization only if he is already registered in the Await Cortex application.

   • If you reached the limit of the organization members you won’t be able to invite new members.

Managing Subscriptions

1. Purchasing a New Subscription (If Not Active):

   • If you don’t have an active subscription, you'll see the “Get the package“ button.

   • Click it, select the desired subscription plan and complete the payment process.

2. Purchasing Additional Tokens (If Subscription is Active):

   • If you already have an active subscription, you'll see the option to “Get extra credits“.

   • Choose the number of additional tokens you need and complete the purchase.

3. Cancelling Subscription:

   • To cancel your subscription, click the “Cancel Subscription” button.

   • Confirm your decision in the pop-up dialog.

   • After you cancel the subscription, monthly payments will no longer be debited.

   • All unused tokens left after cancelling the subscription will be available till the expiration date of cancelled subscription.

Deleting Organization

If you want to delete the organization, you can click the “bin“ icon against the organization name. You’ll need to confirm your decision in the pop-up dialog.

Only the owner of organization can delete it. If you’re a member, you can leave the organization by clicking the “bin“ icon.
