By extracting and assimilating information from specified Jira projects and Confluence spaces, it creates a comprehensive and dynamic knowledge repository.

Prerequisites
Before creating the knowledge base you’ll need to establish the connection between Await Cortex application and your Atlassian Cloud instance via API. Learn the manual in the “Authentication“ article.
Ensure that your Atlassian account has all required permissions to access to Jira projects and Confluence spaces you want to use for the knowledge base.
Creating a Knowledge Base
Select the “Jira“ or “Confluence“ Mode on the “Create Knowledge Base“ page.
Name and Description:
Name: Enter a name for your knowledge base.
Description: Provide a brief overview of the knowledge base in the “Description” text field.
Select Connection:
From the “Select Instance“ dropdown menu, select one of the previously established connection to your Atlassian Cloud instance.
Choose Project or Space:
For a Jira-based knowledge base, select the relevant Jira project from the dropdown list.
For a Confluence-based knowledge base, choose the appropriate Confluence space from the dropdown list.
Set Data Limits:
Issues Limit for Jira: Set a limit of Jira issues which will be added to your knowledge base.
Pages Limit for Confluence: Set a limit of Confluence which will be added to your knowledge base.
Start the process:
Click the "Start" button to initiate the creation of the knowledge base.
After the process will end, you’ll see the list of issues/pages which were added to this knowledge base.
